急増する外国人旅行客向けの宿泊施設の企画・設計・運営を事業化することといたしました。
観光に、ビジネスに、様々なシーンにおいて機能的で快適な空間づくりとおもてなしをもって、よりよいサービスを提供してまいります。
弊社は東京都台東区、墨田区、北区、山梨県河口湖エリアにて、21軒の旅館を運営し、合計900ベッドを保有。
年間約224,800名の宿泊者を迎え、稼働率は92%に達しています。
As part of our core business initiative, we have decided to commercialize the planning, design, and management of lodging facilities tailored for the rapidly increasing number of foreign tourists.
By creating functional and comfortable spaces that cater to various needs, whether for tourism or business, we aim to offer even better services with the essence of Japanese hospitality.
The company operates 11 inns in the Taito, Sumida, and Kita wards of Tokyo, as well as the Lake Kawaguchi area in Yamanashi Prefecture, with a total of 700 beds.
It serves approximately 224,800 guests annually, achieving an occupancy rate of 88%.‘

弊社では、既存の建物を活用し、ホテルに改修する事業を展開しています。

改修後、施設はホテルとして運営され、多様なニーズに応じた宿泊体験を提供しています。
具体的には、建物の外観や内装をデザインに改造し、さらに最新の設備を導入することで、訪日外国人旅行者やビジネス利用者に対して、快適で機能的な宿泊環境を提供しています。
また、建物の用途変更や防火区画の整備など、法的な要件を満たすための手続きをしっかりと行い、安全で安心な施設運営を行っています。
